how to split data in pivots

hey guys,

So i have a situation where one set of my raw data contains multiple entries and single entries.
I want the pivot to only count every entry as single instead of multiples and singles.

I have attached an example which I hope makes more sense.
I have tried splitting the raw data columns to split the entries before making a pivot but that does not work as well.

help please.
