Activate chart on worksheet, without knowing chart name or index number

Hello everybody,

I am receiving many single sheet workbooks that contain a simple chart. These charts are produced by other people, have poor formatting and size. I have a macro that will resize the chart, and change the ChartStyle etc... BUT, only works if the Chart is "Chart1".

My questions is, how can I have my macro activate the chart on a worksheet without knowing the Index# or the name?

Solution found.

Since the chart is the only one on the worksheet, it must be the "leftmost" chart. Therefore, I was trying to activate it by using:

Instead, I needed to activate it this way:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

Now this makes the miscellaneous single chart that appears on a worksheet the ActiveChart.
