Custom filtering off an Average calculation

I have created a pivot table that takes hours worked and creates an average hours worked field. What I need to be able to do is now automate (preferably through a macro) the filter on that custom field to show me anybody who is under 60 hours.

    Thanks in advance

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.
