Creating a bar chart using data across different sheets

How do I create a stacked histogram using data that is on different sheets?

I have 4 sheets all with the same type of data but the figures change slightly on each sheet. I want to bring together all the changes for one item in a stacked histogram but I can't seem to add data from different sheets?

it's mauch each to use formula to build a single set of chartable data.

you maybe able to create a chart with 1 series and then use the Source Data dialog to add series from different sheets.
