Extracting Data from a Pivot Table

Is it possible that when you double click on data within a pivot table to have the new sheet that opens with the selected data to be formatted?

I'd also like to know if the original data set the pivot was create from contains 50 columns is there a way to have the selected data from the pivot opens up in a new sheet to only contain say 5 columns or the desired columns?

    Thanks for your help!
