Count dates and list as 4 series

Hi

I have 4 ranges of dates. I want each of these ranges to be an own series in a graph where they are counted based on number of occurences each month per year (see picture).
I prefer not to use "CountIF" and instead use Pivot tables if possible.

In the attached picture you can see what result I want but I was not able to include the 4 date series in the same graph. I think there is a quick fix so I was hoping anyone could help me with what data goes to which pivot data field, and if there are anything else I need to do to solve this problem. If it is not possible using pivot tables I'll just use CountIF.

You need to rearrange your data like I did in columns F & G.
A line graph doesn't look great, with the number of months with no values being quite high for each data group, but if you do a bar graph, and look at a select year, you may get the visual you are looking for.
