Charts stop plotting data error bars after a certain number of data point selected

Opening the "format error bars" dialog and looking at what is specified for the x error bars positive value, it is pulling data from E37:E51 for the x error bars. The data table extends to row 53, so the last two rows are not included in the error bar definition. I think you just need to go into the dialogs that define these error bars and make sure all of the desired rows are included.
