PIVOT Calculation for Certain Purpose

I have made in-depth research ,but with little progress on the PIVOT calculation .

Please refer to the attachment ,simply put , 208,211,223,226,230 represant the employees' name ,take 208

for example . in filed L44 ,i want to get back the value of " B44+B36+B28+B19+B10+B4" .

In other word ,I wan to get the last 6 month's summation of "Sum of O01 030" for every employee.
