comparing 2 sets of data (scatterplot)

I have 2 sets of data and I am trying to compare them in a scatterplot. For instance I would like to have the first data set (conductivity) on the y axis and the second data set (concentration) on the x axis. Sorry if I didn't post this in the appropriate forum I noticed this had the most views and I figured I would get a quicker answer here and I need an answer asap. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
