Hi - I have created a pivot table for my data and the furthest right column is the total column where I have a conditional format to show red, yellow & green depending on specified criteria. If someone goes into the sheet and filters one of the columns for just what they need (i.e. their division, etc) the conditional formats in the right column go away. How can I make these stay no matter how the sheet is sorted?
I am using Excel 2007.

Row 4 has the column headers
I used condition >100, you can use as per your logic and add multiple conditions to achieve your results
I have used below formula in the text box of conditional format dialog.
