    Merge 2 columns into 1

    Hi there,

I have a simple (think its simple) issue with a pivot table

    I have 4 rows.

    1. Date
    2. Supervisor
    3. Worker
    4. Time

I want a statistic about each individual time per day. Sometimes supervisor "Z" can be worker next day so he is listed in the other row.
I need to merge row B and C somehow.

    Cheers, Jean

Hi, and welcome to the forum

I think you probably meant you have four columns.

I think you need these four

    Date
Staff Category (values will be either Supervisor or Worker)
    Name
    Time

When you have the data in that format you'll be able to use a Pivot Table more efficiently.
