Pivot Table, Need Grand Total as an average

Pivot Table, Need Grand Total as an average. Good morning I am hoping someone can help me. I have a list of hours for employees. I have the pivot table giving me a subtotal by week ending and then I have the grand total. What I actually need the pivot table to give me is an average amount of hours per week ending not a grand total. Is there a way to do this? I am willing to try anything. Following is a snapshot of my data. Thank you in advance.

    Employee 1/4/2014 1/11/2014 1/18/2014 1/25/2014 2/1/2014 Grand Total
    Employee: (000000176) 48 48 60 60 48 264
    Employee: (000000417) 17 19 17 12 24 89
    Employee: (000000548) 48 44.25 48 56.25 56.25 252.75
    Employee: (000000166) 75 67 66 67 67 342
    Employee: (000000519) 52 47.25 46.5 56 46 247.75
    Employee: (000000306) 50 29.75 29.75 55 50 214.5
    Employee: (000000106) 24 24 24 24 24 120
    Employee: (000000581) 58.5 48 58 60 48 272.5
