Hi guys,
I'm trying to create an Actual Vs. Target chart, but my problem is that I'd like the chart to be with columns and sometimes the target is higher than the actual and sometimes the other way around.
You can see exactly what I mean in the attached excel file.
I'd appreciate it if someone can help me to solve the issue.

With Target:
Format data series
Plot series on:= secondary axis
Gap width, adjust to suit

You may also right-click chart, Select Data and move Actual series to top so it will plot behind Target series.
