I have a pivot table with a number of columns of data. One of them is supplier and one of them is qnty of items sold in that particular transaction. I would like to sum the qny column by supplier.

    Is this easy to do?

    Thanks in advance

Hello Chemistification, If its already in pivot format then why cant we just drag the Supplier to Rows Area.... that should give us the total by supplier.
    Best Regards/VKS
