    Ghant charting portion of spreadsheet is not tracking/displaying properly

    I can get the first part working very well, I need to get the letters "E", "W" and "D" working to auto fill the row by corresponding color and letter. See attached. I think I am having an argument conflict but don\t understand enough to help myself, perhaps I have too many variables. Any help would be appreciated. The letters "M" and "A" are working, the wizard made this very easy, I cannot get my small peanut wrapped around those last three conditions. The tab you would need to review for my query is called "StdWork". Again thanks for any help and consideration.

    Please explain (in words) the conditions for each of the letters.

    "Please explain (in words) the conditions for each of the letters."

    The letters form a ghant chart when the data is filled in and each row should start immediately below the one above but one square over so that it resembles a project schedule. For example if a task takes 30 minutes to complete and is broken down as follows, 10 mins for manual work, then two squares are filled with a color and the letter 'M', if there is 10 minutes of automation in the task then two more squares are filled in the same row with a different color and the letter 'A'. Then if there is 5 mins of walking, then the next one square would be a new color with the letter 'W' and say the last five mins were waste/waiting then it would be another color yet and have the letter 'D'. Then the next task in the standard work sequence would start below and at the last time slot from the task above just like in a project ghant chart.

    So it would look like this;

    M M A A W D
    A A A A A

    I hope this helps
