Hi folks, I am struggling to build this particular chart in Excel 2007. Please let me know if it is possible to prepare this fundamentally in Excel (please no overlapping two charts and stuff)

So F here means Forecast, T is Target. And each bar is a stacked bar for different product categories.
I have been able to create the below graph, but is not fundamentally correct for comparing F and T.

Thanks Andy, although I was hoping this to somehow be a native feature in Excel, but this workaround seems better than other options.

One shortfall that I found in this approach is that one cannot include a line chart series in such charts, because there are no data points available for the blank columns. So I was planning to draw a line series for 'average rate', which I could not.
Mod may please choose to close this thread as resolved as this seems to be the only (albeit good enough) solution.
You should be able to add datum line to the chart. post your workbook with chart if you need more help.
