autocopy cells with an IF function

Hi everyone! New user here, hope Iam posting in the right subforum. I have an issue thats a bit over my head but to make this work would improve my excel sheet by alot, thats why I found my way here to try to get help.

The sheet contains of twelve columns and 102 rows. Row A to L is locked for other information except column B wich is open for number input. The most of the cells in coulmn B is blank.
To the problem: I want a way to auto-copy a few cells from the rows thats not blank in column B. Example: I fill in B12 with a number input, i then want excel automaticly copy the information in A12, B12 and L12 to A115, B115 and C115.
So i can get a better wiev of the input content.
I added a screenshot of a part of the sheet.

Hope you understand my problem. And thanks in advance.

    Picture:

Hi and welcome to the forum

Please do not upload a picture of your file...rather, upload a sample of your workbook, showing what data you are working with, a few samples of your expected outcome (manually entered is ok) and how you arrived at that. (Exclude sensitive info). Pictures are pretty much impossible to edit, and no-one wants to re-type your data for you. Also, not all members can upload picture files (Company firewalls, etc.)

To attach a file to your post,
click advanced (next to quick post),
scroll down until you see "manage file",
click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.

If anyone has a clue what command i might be lookin for, dont hesitate to respond. At the moment iam out of ideas what to google for to get info on how i might solve it. IF, its solveable....
