Index and Match formula works for pulling picturesButAfterEntryIsDeletedThePictureRemains

Ok so my Index and Match formula works in cell H7-16 (Search by EE # worksheet) for pulling pictures from the Picture worksheet when it matches the EE# in cell D4 (Search by EE # worksheet). The Index and Match formula I use for the picture is named BoomPic [=INDEX('Parking Sticker Log - Copy.xlsx'!Pictures,MATCH('Search by EE #'!$D$4,'Parking Sticker Log - Copy.xlsx'!PictureEENum,0))] in the Name Manager in the Formula Tab/Define Names. My issue is after a user is finished searching for an employee they normally delete the entry they have made (in cell B1) and the info disapears but for some reason the picture remains, I have just recently added this index and match formula for the picture to start appearing. Is there a way to have the picture disapear when the user deletes their entry in cell B1? Also lets say the user searched for John Doe with EE # 54480, that picture comes up; now when the user wants to search for another employee by the name of Mary Smith with EE # 12345, her info comes up but John Doe's picture remains (we don't have a picture on file for Mary Smith). Is there a way to fix that issue where John Doe's picture disapears and the cell is blank?

    Thank You for your help.

I am no expert in user forms yet but you could put the picture in a user form and write a vba code to say display user form when B1 isn't blank. That way it would call the picture only when data was in B1.
