how do you calculate from Net to Gross ?
it will depend on the TAX in your country - the TAX levels , and other deductions that are taken

there is wayyyy too little info to give an accurate answer. However, if you know what the total % deductions are, you could use =A1/(1-% deductions)
eg =A1/(1-0.2)
