IF Statment Assistance Needed

Hey -

New to the forum, use excel on a daily basis but by no means a formula expert, and needing some help.

This issue I am trying to write a formula for is this:

I have an amount in column E2; I want to divide that amount by 2 and put the answer in column I2, but I only want to divide column E2 when column F2 and G2 are blank. If there is an amount in column F or G I want column H to stay blank.
I know I am needing an IF statment but I cant seem to figure out how to exactly put it.

1 Amount User 1 User 2 Split
2 15.00 15.00
3 10.00 5.00
4 5.00 5.00
