Dears,
A daily sum of values from several columns is to added to a basal negative number that each day increases by this sum up.
when this basal number approaches zero a blink or alert message is opened in the box.

Hi,
One way would be to add a SUM formula to L3 and use a conditional format to paint it say red when it approaches zero. Of course you'll need to define what youj mean by 'approaches'.
So use a simple
Formula:

and then a conditional format set to fill the cell with red
Formula:Please Login or Register to view this content.
this will show red when the number is larger than -20.

1. I want the cell gives a text message when it becomes zero or more.
2. the count starts from the beginning the day after it reached zero.

Another way is by using vba code. Please find the attached sheet to see if this works as per your requirement.
