    Sum totals in multiple sheets

    Hi all,

    I am trying to sum totals in multiple sheets if there is a number in the cell in the respective column.

    So if there is a 1 in cell 2 in sheet 1, then return C2, and if there is a 1 in cell C2 in sheet 2, then return C5 and sum with C5 from sheet 1.

    I have attached an example to help explain.

    I was thinking an IF function but would really like it to relate to the name in column B.

    Any ideas appreciated.

    Hi nicko54,
    Your requirement is not clear. Please look at rephrasing what you want to perform. Please use the actual names on your worksheet, such as "Totals", "Pack1", "Pack2" and proper cell references like A1, C7 etc... to indicate which cell you want to operate on and what cell does it depend on.

    hi nicko,

    put this in cell C2 of Totals tab, then drag-fill right to column F and then down to row 4:
