hi SK. select the range you want to apply to (say from A3:E19)
go to Home -> Conditional Formatting -> New Rule -> Use a formula to determine which cells to format -> Format values where this formula is true:
=COUNTIFS($A:$A,$A3,$C:$C,$C3)>1
i am suggesting COUNTIFS since you uploaded an xlsx file. it is not available in Excel 2003 & below. so do change your MS Off Ver shown in your profile. that helps us give you newer formulas
