How to add highlighted values

So lets create a scenerio.

Each Widget has a Green and Yellow Box to the right of it, Green on top of Yellow to align to the right end of the 2 Rows per Widget.

Color formatting for widget title area as follows:

Green: staff => demand
Yellow: staff -1 of demand
Red =>-2 of demand
