Conditional formatting not working

Hi

I am trying to put conditional formatting to some cells. I attach a file.

What I want the conditional formatting to do is:

if A1>B1, Change C1 to Green font
if A1<B1, Change C1 to Red font
if A2>B2, Change C1 to Green font
if A2<B2, Change C1 to Red font

What is the priority here? if A1>B1 and A2<B2 does C1 have a red or green font?

if A2<B2, change C2 to red font. Sorry, typing error for this formula

Take out the if's. =A1<B1 is enough.
