List total sales by region, person or date - Possible VLOOKUP solution?

Hi there

I have a list of all sales by date, region and person. I'm looking to be able to total the sales per person, date or region based on dropdown choices. I'm guessing VLOOKUP (with multiple selections) or possible a macro might solutions to my query? I tend to use pivot tables, however, other users will be using this and they'll probably struggle with it.

Thanks Hemesh but was looking to avoid pivots as other users might not know how to use it. The SUMIFs solution from Kaper solved this problem.
