Network Days help please - Excel 2010

Hi everyone hope you can help with this for me. I want to modify a Networkdays formula. See attached spreadsheet. In cell C3 of the Complaints sheet you will see the formula. I would like the formula to only take into account if the Complaints Status (column B3) equals 'Open' and display the numbers of days outststanding. If the status changes to Closed, I want the formuala to leave this cell blank

=IF(B3="Open",NETWORKDAYS(A3,E1,'Bank Hols'!$A$2:$A$8),"")
