Re: Not able to find invalid data properly with conditional formatting

You have several examples. What is the format of the actual data file you will be using?

B5 is exactly the same as D5 but you say that B5 is valid and D5 is invalid. Why is it invalid?

There is nothing in your data that suggests a sequence or incrementing. What does this mean: "Number must be incremental by +300 everytime"? None of the numbers are divisible by 300, nor incremented from any other number by 300.

I don't understand your case-sensitive requirement. "Follow the case sensitive" Compared to what?

A rule for the length would be

    Formula: copy to clipboard

but it's unclear what you need as far as the increment and the case.

Re: Not able to find invalid data properly with conditional formatting

You have not answered any of my questions. So far it is unclear what you want to do and why your current solution doesn't work

Your conditional formatting rules do what your example says they should do, except in the last case. That is the case I mentioned above where your valid and invalid examples are exactly the same.

The formulas you have in F, G, and your conditional formatting rules are very convoluted and would take too long for me to deconstruct without a description of what you want them to do. It is clear that you are looking for strings with a length that is 13 plus a multiple of 3, which is a little different than your description above.
