    Overtime per hour wage Counting Formula is not working in this Sheet

    I am beginner to MS Excel but i try to correct this file Formulas. I have an attendance sheet for our Company Employees.
    This attendance sheet shows the salary of the month from the total basic salary / hour and overtime / hour of each
    employee.

    I found a problem in this sheet. When i reduced overtime charges in the last of this sheet so the Total Salary of the month
    was not changing. I couldn't found any mistake in formulas.

    please help me in this matter !!!!

    Do you have the count function on manual?

    I belive it is: formula => count formula => automatic
    Notice my main language is not English.

    According to this sheet we got daily timings of an each employee in Column E "Working Hours".
    In "Column E" each cell showing total Hours of working of each employee means the Regular
    Working Hours and Overtime. Regular Job time is 8 Hours which was already supplied in G52 Cell
    and regular 8 hours should be charged according Basic Hourly Rate "C54 Cell". After 8 Hours time
    should be charged by Overtime Hourly Rate "C55 Cell".

    The problem is existing in Column F "Daily Wages". In this column each cell should be calculating
    Column E Cells timings according to Basic Hourly Rate (C54) and Overtime Hourly Rate (C55).

    If any worker working till 8 hours or less than 8 hours so in Column F Cells Formula should be multiply with
    Basic Hourly rate (C54) and if the worker worked more than 8 hours so Column F Cells Formula should be
    multiply by Overtime Hourly Rate (C55) but when you check the Column F "Wages Cells" by manually
    calculator so you found that all working hours was multiplied by Basic Hourly Rate either Overtime Hourly
    rate when the time was exceeded more than 8 hours.

    Please help regarding this matter i can't found that mistake how can i resolve it

    Hi,

    It's somewhat difficult to understand what you're asking, or at least difficult for me.

    If you manually add the results you expect to see in column F in say spare column J, and add specific notes which explain the calculation then we might stand a chance of assisting further.
