Conditional Formatting for a Conditonal format on other worksheet

Hi all,

I have in place conditional formatting on a work sheet with expiry dates for various things. It is set up if the expiry is 60 days from now the text colour will change to orange, and if it is 30 days from now it will be red. I have a master page that reflects if a licence or training has been completed, which is a series of formulas corresponding to each individual licence/training and is represented by a tick. I was wondering if there is a way to apply another conditional format on the master sheet so if the information on the worksheet has changed colour due to the expiry date coming up, it will then change the colour of the tick on the master sheet accordingly.
