Shift Premium for Specific Hours: Return Eligible Hours (Involves Midnight Crossover)

I'm trying to create a formula that will calculate hours for a shift premium applied only to certain hours worked. The formula needs to work across midnight.

Premium applies only to hours worked between 23:00 and 07:00.

Inputs:
1. start time (A2) [hh:mm]
2. end time (B2) [hh:mm]

Return:
(D2) Number of hours applicable for premium [up to 2 decimal places]

One of our standard shifts is 12 hours from 19:00 to 07:00 and would earn the premium of 8 hours. But if someone clocked out early at 02:15, they should only get 3.25 hours of premium.
