Know the exact days between 2 dates

I am new on that forum even if number of your posts have been really useful for me !

I am working on a new file and there are few steps I do not know out to do it. Hope you can help me to figure it out !

So, it is for a hotel, I need to know to know between a Check-in and a check-out date, each day (monday, saturday) there is. In depending it is for one night or 12..
I will try to be clear:
Depending on the channel of booking and the day of week we have a % of commission different. so I want to put the price in one cell and it is calculate for each date in order at the end I have the right net profit (because the right commission has been applied).
Of course to complicate the commissions do not apply in the same order depending the channel and there are fixed costs which are count one time or repeat by the amount of nights. For the these things what i did seems work.

After, my boss would like to link the dates with another excel file which say for each date which "level of price" (price point) is applied and function of this Price Point we have the price applied per room type and offer

But for now, I didn't find anything what can say to me between 2 dates what dates are between...

I need a way to show me Wed, Thu, Fri => the Wed is the 03-06, Thu the 04-06 and the Fri 05-06, and that no matters there is one or 60 days between the c/i and c/o dates..

For the code, do not take into account, it is to not let the official name as it is for my job...

And actually I create the table after the list, and it is much more easier, because when a commission rate will change I can just change it in the table and all will be linked

The price is for a Room night, and I want to calculate the net benefit for the all booking. But, each day, we can pay a different commission. Therefore I need, when I write down my check-in and check out and by which channel it has been booked, a calculation on this room price, per night, per commission rate.
i.e: I have a booking from Monday to Wednesday so 2 nights. On the channel "qwerty", the commission rate is 20% and 25% on the Tuesday. The room price is 2000. my calculation is 2000*(1-0.2)+ 2000*(1-0.25) = 2700 (net benefit). The thing is, I will only enter the 02-06-2014 date for Check-in and 04-06-2014 for check out. I need to figure out a way to know between these two date there are a Monday and a Tuesday..

Is it better?

the only matter is to be able to deal with the dates and days associated..

(it looks so much nicer with the Vlookup function )
