calculate 4 different tiers of commission with fix salary

Hi everyone , i need some help to calculate 4 different tiers of commission with fix salary.

1ST tier: less than $6,000 ( receive fix salary of $2000)
2Nd tier: $6001 to $10,000 ( X25% )
3RD: $10,000 - $14,000 ( 30%)
4TH: $14,000 and above ( 35% )

All sales will take off $6,000 from the base sales.Commission will overlap once sales surpass 1ST tier.

E.G:
Sales: $12,000
Commission: $12,000- $6,000= $6,000
$6,000 X 30%

Total:$2,000 ( fixed salary ) + $1,800 ( commision ) = $3,800
