    Output last record lookup array

    Hi,
I have attached a worksheet which I need to show the last update and last date customer contacted, The formula =LOOKUP(2,1/($F2=Data!$D$1:$D$10000)/(Data!$B$1:$B$10000=MAX(IF(($F3=Data!$D$1:$D$10000)*(Data!$M$1:$M$10000=COUNTIF($F$2:$F3,$F3)),Data!$B$1:$B$10000))),Data!B$1:B$10000) is used to output the last contact and the formula contained within column Av, Both of which contain #N/A but I cannot work out why, Can any one help with this?

    Hi Johnny
Can you post your sample workbook so we can take a look.
#N/A means the value you are seeking does not exist.
    Nothing attached

Re: Output last record lookup array

    Hi Johnny
As I thought and explained above, if any of your lookup formulae refer to empty cells then you will get an #N/A result because the value is not present in the range you are searching. Suggest you go back to the very first lookup formula and check the date you are querying.
    Hope this helps.

Re: Output last record lookup array

    Tony,
I have checked the date ranges and everything seams ok? I know in a few cases there is not magic number in column F and there are a few with no follow-up but this is the exception rather than the rule and in a number of cases i.e AV4, AV6 & AV7 all the required data is available but the lookup value has no output?
