Greetings
Looking to re-arrange particular data in attached SS. Sample has the highlighted data which is then converted to the result SS. Have many rows with variable lengths for each record.
Please advise if there is a function to handle this as i am not too familiar with Macros.
Your insight will be deeply appreciated.
So, I didn't really understand why you put the numbers that you did there, but is this what you were trying to do?
1. Include a sample workbook with an example of the result you want
2. Use [CODE] and [FORMULA] wrappers for your VBA code or excel formulas

1 Q so far - Did you type in the vehicle ID as i did not see an index statement for it?
If so, would we be able to pull the Vehicle ID as i am pulling data for several years and vehicles IDs change over time (e.g. vehicle may go out of service completely and not be valid in year 2013...)

On my sample, go to Sample-SS column S. Copy, paste values, and remove duplicates. That will give you a list of vehicle IDs.
