Count colored cells based on criteria from other cells

Hello, thanks to all for your previous help. I have a related problem to my last post. This time I need to count the number of colored cells in a column based on the values of other cells.

I have attached a sample file.

For cell D28 in the Summary worksheet, it should show a count for all the colored cells in column D in the Audit worksheet where the names in column C in the Audit worksheet & “01” equal the names in column B in the Staff worksheet & “01”.

The resulting count in cell D28 in the Summary worksheet will be all the colored cells in column D in the Audit worksheet for Region “01”.

Correction -

"...equal the names in column B in the Staff worksheet & “01”." This should be
"...equal the names in column B & column C in the Staff worksheet."
