Copy Info from Sheet to Another for 4 Previous Weeks

Hi, I'm working on a spreadsheet where I have a sheet containing all the data and then separate sheets that I will use to pull the info I need to run reports on. My raw data has week numbers already associated and I want to pull records to a separate sheet based on a few criteria: 4 weeks previous to a date I select, Agent Name, and if the dialling time was higher than 0:0:0.

I used Advanced filter to pull the info successfully using criteria

, the only problem being that this was also bringing me info newer than I needed so for instance if A4 is Week 20 I would get the 4 weeks I wanted (20,19,18,17) but I would also get any newer weeks e.g. 21,22.

I hope this makes sense, and any help will be appreciated.

Here is an example of my Workbook [ATTACH]325492[/ATTACH.

What I'm trying to do is create a filter of some sorts to rows from the sheet Data, within my named range Data_Table, to then be able to create a report on the info in the sheet 4 Weekly Agent Report. So for example I want to put in A4 The a week number e.g 22, and agent name e.g. Anna. Based on that I want excel to pull week 22 and the previous 3 weeks rows for that agent.

I had successfully used the Advanced filter to bring back the previous 3 weeks using the criteria in Advanced Filter =">="& A4-3", so it would look at any week numbers that met this and bring them back but it was also bringing me rows newer than the example week 22 where I would get 23, 24 and so on. I hope this makes sense.
