    Need help with conditional formula

    Hi

So every day at work I post stats for individuals in my department (approx. 40) The sheet I have has a data connection in which I use a Vlookup function to pull the data from. I pull the Persons name and 5 different stats...

I now need to pull over a column that states what the supervisors name is of the rep.

    Example of rows below
    A B C D E F G
Supervisor Rep name Stat 1 Stat 2 Stat 3 Stat 43 Stat 5

When I do my vlookup I start my lookup in Colum B because I want their stats to pull up. What I need is Colum A to show up on the report now.

    How can I do this

    Hi

You probably need to use an =INDEX(MATCH()) combination of functions to pick up the Supervisors name.
