    INDEX/MATCH from Separate Workbook(s)

I have read over many tutorials regard INDEX/MATCH but i cannot seem to get it to do what i want.

I have a list of all parts that are needed for orders and want to include a "lookup" section where someone can enter a part # and it can gather any order we have with quantity, ETA, etc (up to 5 orders). These will be in separate workbooks to limit access but i have put them in one workbook in my attachment. Sheet one is where the information is pulled from and sheet 2 it the information i want to collect.

I don't know if my issue is because I'm trying to access a separate workbook. I actually have 2 separate workbooks the ordered parts are in, one domestic & 1 international but I am more than happy to have 2 "look up" sections. Also, on my version of sheet 1 the ETA it actually a formula in the international workbook.

I am not familiar with writing code.

Thank you in advance for any help or suggestions!

    Krista

Something like this? Note that it is an array formula for the Row index.
