I am hoping I can get some assistance with SUM IFS. I have one attachment with 3 Sheets. "Summary", "Detail" & "Available Units".
On my Summary Sheet, i already have my answers pre-filled. Just that I am hoping for the Columns highlighted yellow - if i can please get an understanding on how to properly enter the correct SUM IF formula.
My Sum ifs should be based upon my columns to the left of my answers.
Please help!!

The syntax for Sumif is = (Range(this is Criteria Range), Criteria,Sumrange).
Can you tell me from which sheets are you pulling data?

Hello, thank you for your time. Basically, the data i pulled from the tab "detail" and " avavailable units". The available units appears on the summary tab, so the answers i prefilled comes from there. And i also used the detail tab for the transfer quantities.
To compute sumif , the criteria should be in your criteria range, however in your summary sheet some
of the criteria in Column A does not appear in the criteria range from where you pull in the data
For Example, To perform sumif on Channel, you have two criteria's namely Core and Outlet, but these ones do not appear
in your Sheet "Available Units". Also I noticed, for a criteria under District name, say "Atlanta Open D515", you have 22 available units,
but this items is not listed under district name in your "Available units" Sheet. Not sure how you are extracting those numbers.
Thanks for calling that out. I have now the Channel within the "Available Units " tab. And for the District Name "ATlanta OpenD516" now shows with 22 units. So on the Summary Units, the column highlighted in Yellow with Available Units - the answers i extracted from the "Available Units" tab. The column highlighted "Units Transferred" i extracted from the Details tab.

Attached please find your file with partial solution.
You still dont have all the criteria listed in the associated lookup array.
1) Region criteria is not available in "Available Units" Sheet
2) District "Atlanta Open D515" is not listed under "District Field" in Available Units tab
3) Was not able to trace data for "unauthorized Units Shipped"... No data available either in "Details" or "Available Units" sheets.
