Inserting row : not all values are changed one stay the same??

Hello everybody, i'm needing your help here as I've got a problem which I don't understand and I'm not able to solve myself.

I've got rows with complicated formulas and if functions like (on row 82):

Formula:

=$I82+((1/24)*IF($N82=1,IF($N81=2,VLOOKUP($A82,Temps!$K$61:$L$115,2,FALSE),VLOOKUP($A82,Temps!$C$61:$D$115,2,FALSE)),IF($N82=0,0,IF($N82=1.5,VLOOKUP($A82,Temps!$G$61:$H$115,2,FALSE),IF($N82=2,VLOOKUP($A82,Temps!$C$61:$D$115,2,FALSE),0)))))

No problem with the formula itself but when i insert a line before it, references change as i want to except one! The reference on the previous line.

=$I83+((1/24)*IF($N83=1,IF($N81=2,VLOOKUP($A83,Temps!$K$61:$L$115,2,FALSE),VLOOKUP($A83,Temps!$C$61:$D$115,2,FALSE)),IF($N83=0,0,IF($N83=1.5,VLOOKUP($A83,Temps!$G$61:$H$115,2,FALSE),IF($N83=2,VLOOKUP($A83,Temps!$C$61:$D$115,2,FALSE),0)))))

It should be $N82 here no?

Why the value in red is not changing? I don't know... If you know a tip to force it to change i'll be so pleased :p
