Compare Two Columns and Highlight the Difference

    Hi,

I wanted to compare two rows and highlight the differences between the rows.

    Conditions:
    - As u can see in the attachment, the rows with STATUS 'I' and 'C' should get compared and it should be always that first row should be with Status 'I' and the second row should be with Status 'C'.
    - If these there is a difference between the values of a Specific Column, then it should be highlighted.

P.S.: I have colored the rows in pairs for better understanding.

Please let me know, how it can be achieved.

    Regards

Re: Compare Two Columns and Highlight the Difference

With Column B to F select, in your conditional formatting, create new rule formula with: =IF($A2="I",IF(A2=A3,FALSE,TRUE),IF(A2=A1,FALSE,TRUE))
