Hoping someone can share their knowledge...I have a spreadhseet that includes formulas to give me the amount of product ordered from several different client order sheets. I would like to see only the numbers for items ordered in a particular rotation being rotation 1, 2 or 3. I have attached a sample.

Try conditional formatting for the range B5:B18. Make a New Rule for conditional formatting using the below formula.....

Or making this New Rule and apply white font color...
