    Question Conditional formating formula with if & and

    Hello All,

    Please see attached a problem that I have with a formula in conditional formatting....

    i think you mean a2,b2,c2,d2,
    so
    =AND(B2>=A2,C2<>"",D2<>"")

    Really sorry the attachment has the following mistake:

    INSTEAD OR: "Need: IF B1>=A1 AND C3 NO BLANK AND D4 NO BLANK THEN
    B1 WILL BE FORMATING"

    CORRECT: "Need: IF B2>=A2 AND C2 NO BLANK AND D2 NO BLANK THEN
    B2 WILL BE FORMATING"

    do you mean
    =AND(B2>=A2,C2="",D2="")
