Data from two sheets summarized in a third sheet

Hi,

I one sheet with current fleet of LPG vessels sailing globally (with owner - BW LPG has the most vessels) and one sheet with the current orderbook for new vessels. I want to sum this and sort them from largest to smallest owner in my third sheet. What would be the best formula to use?

Hm, after checking the output it seems that something is not correct. For example, "Aurora LPG" should have three NBs, but it doesn't count them....

it just bcz in secon column formula was not fixed with $$ check following sheet & find the changes..
