How to calculate the number of working hours between 2 dates

Hi - I'm looking to calculate the number of working hours between 2 dates in excel. To add additional complexity, the available working hours are as follows:

    09:00 - 21:00 Sunday
    09:00 - 21:00 Monday
    09:00 - 21:00 Tuesday
    09:00 - 21:00 Wednesday
    09:00 - 21:00 Thursday
    12:00 - 21:00 Friday

Does anyone know if this is do-able?!

    Thanks

I have made a function for you Named "WH"
I takes to arguments x as PreviousDate and y as Nextdate as a cell reference
copy and paste this code by inserting a module in visual basic(Alt + F11)
