Extract specific data from multiple locations in a very large spreadsheet

I have a rather large spreadsheet where I need to extract names, dates, and specific company information (if possible). I have attached a version of what I am using as I am not able to post the exact spreadsheet for confidentiality reasons. I would be so grateful if anyone could steer me in the right direction, If my spreadsheet isn't clear enough I'm happy to see what I can do to provide something more concise.
