    Conditional Formatting Issue in Excel 2010

    Hi Folks
    I have a Conditional Formatting Issue in Excel 2010 that I am unable to resolve.
    Basically I have three fairly basic rules on a column which are based on values in another column. The first rule works fine, but the other two dont. I have attached an example of my issue.
    I have tried the Ctrl+Shift+Alt+F9 option which fixed the first conditional formatting rule but not the others.
    Any help/advice would be appreciated.
    Thanks in advance
    Tony

    Re: Conditional Formatting Issue in Excel 2010

    Sort the rules in the reverse of how they are sorted now maybe

    Not sure, the example sheet is trying to pull data from a D drive that doesn't exist on my computer!

    Edit: I see the example sheet? Others don't? o.O

    Re: Conditional Formatting Issue in Excel 2010

    Get rid of the double quotes in the conditions. Instead of

    e.g.
    ="AND(A6=0%,C6>NOW()-3)"
    use
    =AND(A6=0%,C6>NOW()-3)

    Also, you'd be better of using TODAY() instead of NOW(), since you are just concerned with date and not time
    Life's a spreadsheet, Excel!

    Hi
    I have removed the links so you can see the data (sorry). I have also reversed the rules but to no avail.
    Thanks

    Hi Ace_XL
    Many thanks. Your solution worked a treat. For some reason Excel puts the quotes in on my device!!!!
