Wasn't able to color the whole row with Conditional Formating

Hi Guys , Seeking your help and advise for the current issue im facing. I'm trying to set the whole row with condition formatting base on a certain value in the column A.

I tried to use formula (=A2="Quotation ") with condition formatting but it only auto change the color in column A but not A,B,C,D

Below is the data i have
EG: If it is quotation then A,B,C,D will auto turn to blue.
