From Date, To Date, Position plotting for different kind of variables

I have a file with huge date contains much more memory, so i could not able to attach it.
I made a sample file <Range & Positions.xlsx> and uploaded it. The file contains five sheets namely
1) position, 2) list, 3) A, 4) B, 5) C, the `position' sheets contains input datas and a table E1:F13,
the sheet `list' contains the input and values (to be plotted by formula) in yellow cells,
the sheets `A', `B' & `C' is just for illustrations.

Now in `position' sheet column A variable A, B, C is plotted, and in Column B dates and Column C values are plotted.

The variables A & B values will increment positively (Smaller to bigger) but sometimes it will decrement also (bigger to Smaller)
The variable C values is always decrement (bigger to Smaller) but it will increment.

I plotted a table in E1:F13 in `Position' sheet.

Now my requirement is in `List' sheet for the Given input A / B / C the values to be plotted in yellow cells.
If a variable value is changed its position 0 to 30 / 30 to 60 / 60 to 90 / 90 to 120 / 120 to 150 / 150 to 180 / 180 to 210
/ 210 to 240 / 240 to 270 / 270 to 300 / 300 to 330 / 330 to 360 then 1 to 12 position values to be plotted along with from and To date.
If a variable A or B which generated reverse value sometimes (bigger to smaller) also to be taken in account.

The values may be taken for nearest values i.e., instead 30 it may be 30.1738186 like that.

If the formula is designated for all the variables (Smaller to Bigger or Bigger to Smaller) then it will be great. Other wise pelase make the seperate formuala.

Thanks for tour quick reply. My question not about countif if the values met the range. my requirement is in `List' sheet for the Given input A / B / C the values to be plotted in yellow cells.
